Monthly Food Drive
Third Saturday of every month. Those wishing to make food donations can drop them off at the shelter between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Food items needed include canned fruits and vegetables, canned creamed soups, dry pasta, cereal, flour, sugar, condiments, meat that can be frozen, coffee, other canned goods and non-perishables. If you would like to make a donation other than on the ‘food drive day’ please call the shelter at 955-3366 to make arrangements for someone to be there to accept your donation. Your generosity is much appreciated.

The SonShine Singers will be presenting their summer sing event at St. Olaf Llutheran Chruch, 239 North 11th Street in Fort Dodge. Please come and join us for this very spirited and heartfelt celebration as we lift ups God’s message of love for us through His Son, Jesus Christ!!
In addition to the anthems, we will also have a sing-a-long with the congregation. come and join the singing by picking out your favorite hymns for SonShine and YOU to sing!! This promises to be a wonderful day to sing and glorify His name.
There is no admission charge. However, a free will offering will be received and donated to the Beacon of Hope Men’s Shelter.
